SubwayLove.org is in no way affiliated or associated with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the NYC Transit, or any other business or organization.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
SubwayLove.org provides a service to its users subject to the following Terms of Use ('TOU'). By using the service provided by SubwayLove.org in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU laid out here. If you disagree with any of the conditions set forth, your only recourse will be to discontinue use of the service.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
We retain the right to modify these terms at any time without notification. Any changes made to the terms will be deemed effective immediately upon their posting.

3. CONTENT
All information posted by users to SubwayLove.org is the sole property of the user, and hence the user is responsible for the legality of the content posted. Such violations will be subject to legal penalties and may be prosecuted to the full extent.

To the fullest extend of the law, SubwayLove.org disclaims any warranties for the security, reliability, performance, or accuracy of its services and content.
